Maternity Clothes for Every Occasion
I dreaded looking for maternity clothes until I found these cute shops for any occasion!
The Basics
You can't go wrong when looking for basic tank tops, tees, and shorts. Target has been my go-to for classic styles. I've also found Old Navy has amazing dresses that are comfortable and stretch throughout your pregnancy and after! Madewell has the best maternity jeans, they're so soft! But on the downside, they are a little pricier.
Dresses
Dresses have been by far the most comfortable things to wear throughout my pregnancy. I have gotten quite a few staples from Pink Blush Maternity, and the quality has been amazing. I also love Baltic Born, they have a bump-friendly section, and this is where I found my baby shower dress 🙂 Petal and Pup offers several classic and trendy styles, be sure to check them out.
Bras and Underwear
When I wear dresses, the last thing I want is my underwear line showing - I've found some amazing seamless undies on Amazon! I've found some amazing pieces on Kindred Bravely; they have several options and carry loungewear as well. Lastly, Storq has amazing bras and they go on sale often, so be sure to keep an eye out for those sales!
Activewear
Blaqui has some of the softest leggings I've ever worn. I also love that their seams are well-placed and not digging into my stomach. Gapfit is another winner, although some items can be a little pricier, they're definitely worth it! Lastly, Fabletics has some great biker shorts, I definitely recommend.
Workwear
Finding clothes to wear to the workplace while your bump is growing can be tough, but I've found the spots! Check out A Pea in the Pod - you will not be disappointed. Ingrid and Isabel offers several soft staples such as sweaters and skirts for pregnancy and postpartum. Motherhood is another one of my favorites; you can find several different styles of dresses.
Swimwear
Not only does Summersalt have a large range of maternity swimming suits, you can also find several postpartum suits and matching ones for your new baby! You can also find some suits at Motherhood, they have a large selection to choose from.
Gowns
At the height of my pregnancy, we had a military ball - exactly what I wanted to be doing when I felt huge - haha 🙂 I got my dress from Birdy Grey, they have plenty of bump-friendly options that can be used post-pregnancy too! Club London, or Club L, has several different styles of gowns for photoshoots and events to make sure you and your bump will be comfortable. Seraphine has some great options for weddings or your maternity shoot. And if you don't want to buy a gown, check out Mama Bump Rentals - I personally have not used their services but I know several people who have and they loved it!
